Disclosed are a method and apparatus for testing network channel status, and an electronic device, comprising: determining a smart device to be tested; selecting the physical network control protocol used by the smart device to be tested, and by means of a network channel used by the smart device to be tested, accessing the physical network server; collecting the network channel status during the access process, and displaying same on the screen of a terminal. The present technical solution helps a user to rapidly learn the status of a network, facilitating the resolution of problems related to a smart device accessing a physical network.
