Refers to a process for the preparation of ethanol comprising: (a) to convert a dry biomass in Particulate material; (b) Prepare a Paste that material in water; (c) to place the pasta in COntact with an Acid mixture to a desired temperature for a certain period of time to obtain a First Flow producing xylose; (d) adjust the PH with a base; (e) place the flow neUtralizado contact cellulolytic Enzymes to a desired temperature for a period of time.Releasing glucose for a Second Flow; (f) add Molasses or Cane Syrup to the second Flow to obtain the Third Flow; (g) to submit the Third Flow to a Yeast for fermentation of PentOsa and hexose fermentation and to obtain a Flow (H) of said Flow Separating ethanol Fermented by distillation.In particular, the use of lignocellulosic biomass, the corn, the leaves and stems; bagasse from sugar cane.
