Method and installation for the flow of solid energy, in particular coal, lignite and biomass, meeting energy efficiency requirements above 90%,reducing the cost of producing electricity and heat means that the energy gases constituting the main component of the gasification mixture are produced outside a low temperature stream reactor (RG) in a cyclone kiln (PC) to which the coke residue obtained is produced as a result of discharges in the discharge cyclones (C1),(C2) obtained air gas having a chemical composition of 50% -55% nitrogen N2, 25% -28% carbon monoxide CO, 10% -12% hydrogen H2, 3,5% -4,5% carbon dioxide, 4% --6% hydrogen vapour H2O. The coke residue collected in the reservoir (ZK) is passed through a lock (S) controlled by a computer control system (KUS) to a cyclone burner (PC). The low-temperature reactor is powered by a fuel-gas mixture from an energy mill (M),at which the carbon dosed by the dosing device (D) is fed,controlled by a computer control system (KUS).
