Container-type (modular) biofilter integrated with the washer

The scope of the notification is a container (modular) biofilter integrated with a washer. It is intended to purify air from industrial installations (food, brewing, varnishing, foundry),as well as municipal installations (waste management plants, composting plants, sorting plants, sewage treatment plants, pumping plants). The purification of contaminated air in the biofilter under the invention takes place in two stages. In the first stage the air is directed towards the rinse,a connecting abbreviation (1),where, by means of a high pressure spraying system, contaminated air is cooled and volatile impurities are eliminated. The liquid used to disperse the contaminated air in the rinse is reversed in closed circulation by a circulating pump (3). Then the air after the rinse is directed through the ventilation duct (4),to the second stage of air deodorisation, i.e. for appropriate biological filtration compounds (5). The biological composition is placed on a special technological floor (6),where the air is filtered through the orifices through biological deposits. After the second stage of air purification, the purified air is directed through the ventilation duct (7) to the atmosphere.
