The invention relates to a drilling device for rotary drilling with direct drilling fluid circulation, meant to be used for oil well drilling or water well drilling. According to the invention, the device comprises a drilling head (1) driven by a gasoline-supplied internal combustion engine having a vertical shaft (2) which rotates a string of drilling pipes (11) with a drilling bit (12), concomitantly with the injection of drilling fluid, from a mud pump, into the pipes of the string of drilling pipes (11), by means of a flushing head (10), and a drilling pipe string handling and feeding mechanism, having a mobile pulley (20) and chain (19), driven by a hydraulic cylinder (15) which handles the drilling pipe string (11) by moving the drilling head (1) up and down, by vertical sliding on the rollers of a carriage (3) of the drilling head (1) which are guided along a guide rail (17) of a mast (16) for putting a drill pipe stand into/out of the drilling pipe string (11) and pressing on the drilling bit (12).
