摘要

The invention relates to a process for preparing biocomposite hydrated substrates to be used in tissue regeneration/modelling. According to the invention, the process consists in separately preparing cold-water fish skin gelatin solution and a sodium alginate solution in alkaline phosphate buffer 0.05 M, pH 7.4, the two solutions are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 for 2 h, at a temperature of 37°C, to result in a polymer solution which is cooled down to a temperature of 4°C, after which transglutaminase is added and the mixture is poured into the desired form, with incubation of the resulted gel in a calcium chloride bath 0.45 M, at the ambient temperature, simultaneously with calcium alginate and mineral phospho-calcium phase formation, resulting in a biocomposite based on gelatin-calcium alginate hydrogel.
