The invention relates to a process for preparing ecological composite asphaltic mixtures to be used as road structures. According to the invention, the process consists in that, it is carried out at a temperature of 165...170°C, by mixing the mineral aggregates, bitumen and additions resulting from industrial wastes, by using a mobile preparation station placed close to the place of using, to finally obtain a mixture having a water-absorption level of 0.18...0.57%, an optimal behaviour at the freezing phenomenon and stability within the thermal range of use from -40°C up to 70°C.
