The invention relates to an air radar investigation system of low altitude, intended to be used for identifying buried objects or for investigating the conservation state and structural hidden defects of extended archeological sites, historical monuments, geological structures and civil constructions. According to the invention, the system consists of a ground-penetrating radar (1) mounted, by means of a gyroscopic arm (3), on an unmanned air vehicle (2) which is controlled from the ground using a remote control (4), while the radar (1) is controlled by a real-time viewing and control unit (5) provided with a bidirectional connection ensured by two programmable controllers (6), the system accuracy being provided by a differential GPS (7) positioned in the proximity of the area of investigation.
