Silver nano-particles are prepared so that water phase is added by 0,1 to 0,2 parts by weight of 2-hydroxy-4'-(2- hydroxyethoxy)-2-methylpropiophenone, 0,05 to 0,35 parts by weight of silver nitrate and 0,25 to 1,0 parts by weight of acryl amide, always in relation to 100 parts by weight of water, the formed reaction mixture is mechanically stirred and after 15 minutes of pre-emulsification period, an inert gas is bubbled through the reaction mixture and the mixture is subjected to photolysis using UV radiation with wavelength 313 nm and the reaction mixture is subjected to centrifugation after the photolysis.
