[Object] Using vast quantity of pineapple leaves and stalks left after harvesting pineapple fruits, livestock feeds are produced. By adjusting a fermentation condition of pineapple leaves and stalks which are sugar-and fiber-rich, feeds or pet foods produced are favored by livestock and are priced reasonable for buyers such as diary farmers. [Means for Achieving the Object] Granulated pineapple leaves and stalks dried to correspond to a predetermined fermentation condition are fermented in an anaerobic bacteria fermentative environment in a predetermined room temperature with 15 to 50 pcnt , or 20 to 40 pcnt moisture content maintained therein, to form a pineapple-based feed or pet food ingredient of dryness and low-fermentation condition.
