This utility model relates to the composition of making spicy eel "bakasi" sticks as a healthy and nutritious dish which comprises drizzling the 1k bakasi with 1/4c calamansi juice,with 1 T rock salt mixture, blanching the bakasi, draining the bakasi, removing the outer skin of the bakasi and setting it aside, making of the marinade using the following procedures, placing the 3T chilling powder in a mixing bowl, adding 2 1/2T fresh chili juice, adding 2T garlic powder, adding 2t white pepper, adding 1T rock salt, adding 2Tcalamansi juice, adding 1/4 c white vinegar, mixing the ingredients placed in the mixing bowl, adding the bakasi in the mixed marinade, marinating the bakasi 8-10 hours or overnight, sun drying until well-dried, frying the bakasi in deep hot fat and removing the bakasi when golden brown.
