The present utility model relates to pretreated sugarcane bagasse fibers for textile yarn processing obtained by the method comprising the steps of alkali degumming, chemical and mechanical softening of the sugarcane bagasse fiber and opening and blending of the softened fiber prior to yarn spinning.
