The machine (1) comprises: a support element (4) for restingly receiving the bin (2); an abutting element (6), facing the support element (4) for abutting the fruits and retaining the fruits (5) when the bin (2) is arranged between the support element (4) and the abutting element (6) and is overturned; wherein the abutting element (6) is dimensioned and positioned in order to be able to enter internally of the bin (2) and wherein the support element (4) and the abutting element (6) are nearable to one another so that at least a part of the abutting element (6) enters the bin (2), when the bin (2) is arranged between the support element (4) and the abutting element (6).
