The invention relates to a system for locating a probe or fibre laser for internal surgery, in real time for surgical interventions in minimal light, comprising a probe or optical fibre laser, associated with the corresponding hysteroscope, an ultrasound machine with 3D technology and active image management, both being associated with a control unit with a user interface and at least one screen for monitoring the status of locating the optical fibre, for the emission of the laser as well as for the angle of incidence in the degree of transfer of temperature to the uterine wall, characterised in that the ultrasound machine is provided with a system for guiding and monitoring the position of same on the skin of the patient, while the probe or optical fibre has a main fibre bundle for the transmission of the evaportation laser beam at a determined wavelength and at a determined power, modulated and controlled from the control unit, as well as having a second bidirectional rebound-effect emitting and receiving pulsing laser beam for the practice of thermography, with the intention that the software of the control unit includes means for obtaining the positioning of the optical fibre based on the combined signals of the ultrasound machine, the internal probe and the thermography system associated with the second optical fibre bundle. While the invention is basically intended for being applied in the area of fibroids, the system according to the invention can be applied to any kind of surgical intervention in low light in which probes or fibre lasers are used.
