Method for the conservation of medicinal plants intended to be presented in bags of non-porous material comprising a stage of realization of vacuum in the bag, and therefore elimination of oxygen, and injection into its interior of nitrogen creating an inert atmosphere within the bag. The elimination of oxygen prevents the development of aerobic organisms and the introduction of nitrogen prevents the passage of external pollutants into its interior, which ensures a more durable conservation of medicinal plants, an improvement in their external appearance and presentation.
