Intercell interference coordination in wireless networks

A method for managing wireless components of a wireless network, wherein the wireless network components include a set of cells (102, 104), wherein each cell (102, 104) comprises two or more sectors and wherein the wireless network comprises a set of sectors based on the two or more sectors in the cell array (102, 104), said method comprising: characterizing a plurality of user equipments (120) in the set of sectors, as well as user equipments edge of user equipment cell or cell-center; determining for each set of sectors a set of metrics power for subcarriers associated with a spectrum bandwidth available, wherein the set of metrics determined power, at least in part, on the characterization of each of the plurality user equipment (120) or as user equipment or edge user equipment cell center cell; modifying the set of metrics for each power of all sectors according to the interference associated with other adjacent sectors assembly; and characterized by prioritizing for wireless transmission to each set of sectors depending on the number of user equipments edge attributed cell to each of the set of sectors such that priority sectors with larger numbers of computers is assigned user cell border; and for each sector of all sectors, dynamically allocating the subcarriers associated with the spectrum of available bandwidth according to priority wireless transmission metrics power determined and interference information for subcarriers previously associated with other adjacent assembly sectors.
