An apparatus immunodiagnostic tests, said apparatus comprising: a housing; a controller (280); a test element (60) comprising at least one gel card or a bead cassette; a centrifuge (224) disposed within said housing, said centrifuge including a member rotating arm (228) having a pair of opposite ends (232, 236) extending radially outwardly from a central hub (240) wherein each one end (232, 236) of the member rotating arm (228) is configured to hold at least one test element (60) thereon for centrifuging for a predetermined period of time as said controller is controlled (280 ); an assembly of imaging (250) disposed in proximity to said centrifuge (224) such that it can capture at least one image of at least one test element (60) before the end of said time period wherein predetermined centrifuging said test element is capable of producing a perceptible agglutination reaction that can be graded, said reaction being accelerated by centrifugation; and a light source (272) disposed relative to said mounting imaging, wherein said mounting imaging (250), and said light source are synchronized by said controller (280) to said centrifuge (224) to provide spot images said at least one test element (60); wherein said at least one captured of said test taken before the end of said time period predetermined centrifugation includes predictive data, said predictive data being indicative of whether the test can be stopped before the end period image centrifugation time and wherein the controller 280 is configured to stop the motor 244 of the centrifuge 224 when the degree of the agglutination reaction is predictive.
