A slide valve (100) to a powder material or a material having a small grain size; said valve comprising a rigid frame (10) defining a discharge nozzle (OP) to discharge the material, and a shutter (40), activated by control respective movement (45), said shutter (40) being movable and having an extension which is such that closes, in plan view, said discharge nozzle (OP); said valve being characterized in that it further comprises a device for height adjustment (20) for a sealing element (30), said device being height adjustment (20) suitable to compensate the loss of sealing effect between the lower face (80) of said sealing member (30) and an upper face (40A) of said shutter (40), it being the loss of sealing power to a wear produced by the relative friction between said bottom face (80) of said element sealing (30) and said upper face (40A) of said shutter (40).
