Procedure and device to reinforce and lighten the floor and ceiling slab, which firmly integrates the joists with the compression layer and allows the molds or vaults to be easily recovered, lightening the floor slab. The procedure uses devices, prefabricated joists, molds, mesh, concrete placed on site and, if necessary, reinforcement rods. The devices consist essentially of: a profile, two screws and a pin. The profile will be resistant to tension, bent in a "U" shape according to the joists. The procedure consists in fixing the device, hugging transversely to the joist, also several devices are fixed along each joist. Then the joists are placed on their walls or trabs, parallel and separated according to the molds, then the molds settle on the protruding segments of the device's screws until the lights are covered, reinforcing rods being fixed on the sides of the device if necessary. Then the mesh is placed by fixing it on the ends of the devices. Subsequently the concrete is emptied to fill the compression layer and the channels on the joists. After setting, the screws are removed to recover the molds below.
