Cross-linked injectable hydrogel in situ and its preparation and use procedure

A method for preparing a crosslinked hydrogel, injectable in situ, characterized in that: it comprises the following steps: (1) packaging an active crosslinking solution in a container for injection of the hydrogel, in which case the active solution that can be crosslinked contains at least one type of biocompatible macromolecules, which has two thiol groups in the side chain; (2) seal the container containing the active crosslinking solution; and (3) oxidize the thiol groups to disulfide bonds to form the crosslinked hydrogel by dissolved oxygen in the crosslinkable active solution in the sealed container; and the biocompatible macromolecule with more than two thiol groups in the side chain is a derivative of polysaccharides or proteins produced by one or more chemical modifications that include at least one thiol modification.
