A method for controlling a CO2 chemical absorption system, comprising a CO2 chemical absorption equipment and an absorbent generation equipment, the method comprising: (a) removing sulfur oxides in an exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas equipment. combustion (1) of fossil fuel by a flue gas desulfurization device (5) to obtain a desulfurized exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide (CO2), (b) contacting an amine absorbent with the desulfurized exhaust containing CO2 in a CO2 absorbing column (20) to absorb the CO2 in the amine absorber and obtain an amine absorber that has absorbed CO2, (c) heating the amine absorber that has absorbed CO2 in a column CO2 desorption (40) to release CO2 from the CO2 absorbed amine absorber and obtain a CO2 released amine absorber, (d) cool the CO2 released from CO2 absorbed amine absorber to separate a condensed water, (e) circulating the condensed water to the CO2 desorption column, (f) heating the CO2 released amine absorbent through a heat exchanger (60) for circulation to the CO2 desorption column, (g) heat exchange of the amine absorber released from CO2 extracted from the CO2 desorption column, with the amine absorber that has absorbed CO2 to be supplied to the CO2 desorption column, for circulation to the CO2 desorption column, (h ) extraction of the amine absorbent released from CO2 from the CO2 desorption column to the regenerator (94) of the absorbent regeneration equipment, (i) redirecting part of the condensed water to a buffer tank (83) of the regeneration equipment absorbent, (j) prepare an inorganic alkaline salt solution using the condensed water from the buffer tank, (k) add the inorganic alkaline salt solution to the CO2 released amine absorbent extracted from the CO2 desorption column, (l)removing heat stable salts accumulated in the CO2 released amine absorbent by a distillation process in the regenerator, (m) supplying CO2 released amine absorbent vapor resulting from the distillation process from the regenerator to the desorption column of CO2.
