摘要
Procedure for determining the degree of cure of at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde, can be heat cured and is arranged on a plate of wood-derived matter, after pressing the resin layer containing formaldehyde with the plate of wood-derived matter, which comprises the steps - recording at least one NIR spectrum of the formaldehyde-containing resin layer and is disposed on the wood-derived material plate after curing of the at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde with the wood-derived matter plate, using at least one NIR detector in a wavelength range between 500 nm and 2500 nm, preferably between 700 nm and 2000 nm, in particular preferably between 900 nm and 1700 nm; - determining the degree of cure of the at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde by comparison of the NIR spectrum determined for the at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde with at least one NIR spectrum determined for at least one reference sample of the at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde, and with known degree of cure, by means of a multivariate data analysis (MDA), the multivariate data analysis being performed throughout the entire spectral zone of the determined NIR spectrum, wherein the at least one NIR spectrum determined for the at least one reference sample with known degree of cure of the at least one resin layer containing formaldehyde after curing of the resin layer containing formaldehyde with the wood-derived matter plate using the same NIR detector in a wavelength range between 500 nm and 2500 nm, preferably in between 700 nm and 2000 nm, in particular preferably between 900 nm and 1700 nm.
