Printing module (3, 4), to make prints from clichés (11, 12) on plate elements displaced by a transport system (2), which includes at least one cliché cylinder holder (6) mounted on a rotary and adapted to initially carry at least one anterior cliché (11) and subsequently at least one posterior cliché (12), comprising: - a primary support (22), adapted to support the posterior cliché (12), in a standby configuration, during an impression from the previous cliché (11), and during the unwinding of the previous cliché (11), and in a coupling configuration, during the winding of the posterior cliché (12) on the cliché holder cylinder (6), being fixed a part of the rear cliché (12) to the cliché-holder cylinder (6), and - a secondary support (41), adapted to support the anterior cliché (11) unwound from the cliché-cylinder (6); wherein the primary support (22) further comprises at least: - a primary coupling member (24), to engage the rear cliché (12) in the standby configuration; and wherein the secondary support (41) further comprises a secondary coupling member (44) for engaging the anterior cliché (11); characterized in that the primary support (22) further comprises at least: a primary coupling mechanism (31), to engage the rear cliché (12) in the coupling configuration.
