A nutritional composition comprising a protein component comprising extensively hydrolyzed protein and at least one probiotic, in which the at least one probiotic comprises Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, for use in a method to promote healthy intestinal development in an infant suffering from Celiac Disease.
