The first aperture has a first dimension and a second dimension less than the first dimension. The second dimension of the first aperture extends in a direction along the longitudinal axis of the connector anchor. The second aperture has a third dimension and a fourth dimension less than the third dimension. The second aperture is spaced from the first aperture. The third dimension of the second aperture extends in a direction along the longitudinal axis of the connector anchor.
