Disclosed is a power supply control method for a high-frequency heatingdevice, comprising:controlling, according to a control signal having a preset duty cycle, aswitching device of thehigh-frequency heating device to work; detecting a real-time current passingthrough the switching device;and controlling the switching device to be turned off when the real-timecurrent is greater than a presetcurrent reference value, and not until a next turn-on window of the controlsignal arrives, controlling theswitching device to be turned on. The power supply control method can controlpower of a high-frequencyheating device, and can further reduce the maximum current value during workof the switching device,which reduces requirements on the switching device and can perform effectiveovercurrent protection.Further disclosed is a power supply control apparatus for a high-frequencyheating device and ahigh-frequency heating device having the power supply control apparatus.
