The present application relates to the reproductive management of cattle, andmore particularly, to the synchronization of estrous cycles and ovulation forfixed timeartificial insemination of cattle with the addition of a second prostaglandintreatment inOvsynch-type protocols resulting in the complete regression of the corpusluteum andan increase in pregnancies per artificial insemination in multiparous cows.
