Platform as a Service in Cloud Computing can be utilized to process data.Application which ishosted in Instances processes data in a sequence, starting by reading inputsfrom a storage,proceeding by executing functions on inputs, and ending by writing outputs toa storage.In prevailing patent application:a) A technique to spawn threads for executing steps of sequence pertinent tosequentialdata processing in separate threads.b) A technique to cluster threads for concurrent execution.c) A technique to estimate execution duration for clustered threads.d) A technique for executing clustered threads in a number of Instances.e) A technique for scaling Instances after changes to number of threadsexecuting inInstances.are devised.
