A system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one ormoreprocessors configured to execute the instructions to perform steps of a methodfor providing realtime message processing using an event driven framework. The system maygenerate an eventassociated with a particular topic by a producer component and place the eventinto an eventqueue associated with the topic that is maintained by a broker device. Aconsumer componentassociated with the topic may then process the event and execute apredetermined consumeraction. The system may then select a communication medium used to transmit anotification tothe customer based on customer behavior information.
