The present invention discloses methods, systems, and tools for knowledgeprocessing andvisualizations by building various data structures corresponding to uncoveredinformational datasuch as values of association strengths or significance measures and maps ofontological subjects ofcompositions or one or more content accompanying a request for service by auser. In oneembodiment of the invention the method assigns and calculates an ontologicalsubject associationstrength/value measures and spectrums to each composition or ontologicalsubjects of thecomposition. The resulting data, spectrums, and the adjacency matrix of themap or visualization areused to evaluate the merits of the compositions in the context of referenceuniverses. It is also usedas a research guiding tool for knowledge discovery or automatically generatinghigh valuecompositions or new or less known knowledge about the ontological subjects ofthe universe. Theinvention serves knowledge seekers, knowledge creators, intelligent machinesor robots, inventors,discoverer, as well as general public by assisting and guiding users to assesstheir work, identify theirunknowns, optimize their research trajectory, and provide higher qualitycontent. The method andsystem, thereby, is instrumental in increasing the speed and efficiency ofknowledge acquisition,machine learnings, autonomous decision making, navigations, discovery,retrieval, as well as fasterlearning and problem solving.
