The invention relates to a reinforcing lattice element (20) for embedding into a cement matrix (22) of a structure (21), preferably in a corner region or a curved region of the structure (21). The reinforcing lattice element (20) has a lattice-shaped arrangement (27) of fibre bundles (28) which are embedded into a polymer matrix (29). The reinforcing element (20) has at least one rigid zone (40) and at least one flexible zone (41). The polymer matrix (29) consists of an elastomer polymer (EP) in the at least one flexible zone (41). By contrast, the polymer matrix (29) has a thermoset polymer (TP) in the at least one rigid zone (40). The flexible or rigid form of the reinforcing lattice element (20) is therefore obtained through the structure of the polymer matrix. Additional reinforcing bodies or reinforcing elements which are connected to the lattice-shaped arrangement (27) can be dispensed with. The reinforcing lattice element (20) can be adapted to the particular conditions during the production of a structure (21) and simplifies handling.
