A kind of system for being used for ab-interno trabeculotomies is provided. The system includes: the inserter device for entering the camera oculi anterior of a human eye for being inserted into an excise equipment. Insert is characterized in that a steel-tube construction, for leaving out a top of trabecular network and sleeve, for injecting fluid into camera oculi anterior. Insert is optionally for the feature roller mechanism for promoting and shrinking an excise equipment. System is also characterized by a trabeculate excision equipment, has the rough surface for leaving out the inner wall of Schlemm canal.
