The present invention relates to an apparatus for angiographic optical coherence tomography in the retina or the choroid, and a method for diagnosing diseases by using the same and, more specifically, to: an apparatus for angiographic optical coherence tomography in the retina and the choroid, capable of diagnosing, at an early stage, diseases or shock states such as those of sepsis by quickly and objectively recognizing the low perfusion of tissue; and a diagnostic method using the same.
