The present invention relates to an offshore wave power generation apparatus having a wireless power transmission function, comprising: a guide post provided vertically upward from the seabed; a floating plant provided so as to be elevatable along the guide post, thereby elevating according to the vertical movement of a wave; a power generator provided on the floating plant so as to generate power when the floating plant elevates; a wireless power transmission means having a power transmission coil for transmitting the power of the power generator; and a wireless power reception means having a pickup coil by which an electromotive force is induced through the flux generated by the power transmission coil. According to the present invention, when a floating plant elevating according to the vertical movement of a wave elevates along a guide post provided vertically upward from the seabed, power generated by the operation of a power generator is transmitted and received in a wireless manner by using a primary transmission coil and a secondary pickup coil, and thus flexibility can be ensured since a power cable is not exposed to sea water.
