Disclosed are a body-cleaning bedpan, and a wheelchair, a potty chair and a potty bed which are equipped with the body-cleaning bedpan. The body-cleaning bedpan comprises a bedpan body (1) and a flushing valve (5). A fouling baffle (201) is arranged at the rear end of an internal cavity of the bedpan body (1). An antifouling chamber (2) with a downward opening is formed between the fouling baffle (201) and the inner wall of the bedpan body (1). The antifouling chamber (2) is internally provided with a flushing pipe (3) connected with the flushing valve (5). The tail end of the flushing pipe (3) is provided with a flushing port (301). The flushing port (301) is located at the middle or lower part of the fouling baffle (201) during water spraying. With the body-cleaning bedpan provided with the antifouling chamber (2), and by providing a wheelchair, a potty chair and a potty bed for carrying the body-cleaning bedpan, the disabled persons or patients can directly and conveniently use the bedpan on the wheelchair, potty chair or potty bed when going out in daily life or in other living places, and self-cleaning work can be achieved after defecation and urination.
