Provided are a rolling bearing fatigue state prediction device and rolling bearing fatigue state prediction method capable of highly accurately predicting the fatigue state of a rolling bearing even if the direction of a load on the rolling bearing changes. A rolling bearing fatigue state prediction device (1) is provided with a load measurement unit (8a-8h, 12) for determining the magnitude and direction of a bearing load applied to a rolling bearing (2) supporting a rotating body (3), a load application area specification unit (13) for specifying an area from among peripheral direction areas of the rolling bearing (2) to which the load is applied, and a fatigue state prediction unit (14) for predicting the fatigue state of the rolling bearing (2) on the basis of the determined load magnitude and the specified load application area.
