The present invention provides a tendon fixing system of a long-span fire-resistant deck tensioned and fixed on an end of the deck, and a method for constructing the same, which can upwardly apply a bending displacement without damaging a deck plate on the end of the deck, prevent deflection in the long span, and align the arrangement direction of a tendon on a fixing point with the direction of tensile force. A tendon fixing system of a long-span fire-resistant deck tensioned and fixed on an end of the deck, according to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, controls, by means of a tendon, deflection of a deck plate body supported and installed on H-beams facing each other. The tendon fixing system comprises: tendon point supports joined on two portions for every upwardly open concrete filled ribbing of the deck plate body; end header reinforcing angles respectively joined at both end side edges of the deck plate body; and a tendon mounting unit joined to the end header reinforcing angles in the orthogonal direction with respect to the arrangement direction of the deck plate body. Both ends of the tendon are respectively inserted into tendon insertion grooves of the tendon point supports installed on the two portions by inserting a tendon mounting unit, and then the tendon is tensioned so that an upwardly bending force is generated on the deck plate body.
