The present invention relates to a three-dimensional porous body printing apparatus capable of manufacturing porous bodies having various complicated three-dimensional forms or manufacturing a small-sized porous body in a three-dimensional printing manner, and a three-dimensional porous body printing method using the same. The three-dimensional porous body printing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a stage; a printing nozzle installed on an upper side of the stage so as to be relatively movable in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction with respect to the stage, the printing nozzle having a nozzle hole formed to vertically extend therethrough wherein a hybrid filament having a chemical foaming agent or gas mixed with a resin passes through and is discharged out of the nozzle hole, so that the printing nozzle ejects the hybrid filament toward the stage; a heater disposed outside the nozzle hole of the printing nozzle to heat the chemical foaming agent of the hybrid filament passing through the nozzle hole to a temperature higher than a foaming temperature; and a filament supply unit for supplying the hybrid filament to the printing nozzle.
