An anti-jitter method for an oscillating system and an anti-jitter device for an oscillating system for implementing the method, an oscillating system, a fan, and a fan heater. The anti-jitter method for an oscillating system comprises the following steps: detecting a rotating position of a machine head of an oscillating system in real time; and controlling, when it is detected that the machine head rotates to a first preset position, an oscillating driving motor to decelerate at a constant speed or a variable speed, and to stop rotating when the head reaches a second preset position, the second position being spaced apart from the maximum limit point by a preset value. By means of the method, jittering of the machine head during the oscillation of the oscillating system can be avoided, and thus the service life of parts is prolonged, and the user experience is improved.
