摘要

An environmentally friendly energy-saving structural layer for a refrigeration device, and an application thereof. The present structural layer is composed of an HFO foaming rigid polyurethane foam layer and a modified aromatic vinyl resin lining plate material, the modified aromatic vinyl resin being a vinyl cyanide-aromatic vinyl-unsaturated and acrylate polymer; the content by weight of the vinyl cyanide-aromatic vinyl-unsaturated and acrylate polymer in the modified aromatic vinyl resin is 20-95%. The environmentally friendly energy-saving structural layer for a refrigeration device prepared by the present invention overcomes the problem in existing refrigeration devices of the material cracking when using an HFO foaming agent with an ABS lining plate material, and improves the environmentally friendly and energy-saving performance of the refrigeration device. ABS material is still contained in same, ensuring good mouldability, such that the structural design of the refrigeration device can be diverse and high-end.
