An Internet of Things (IoT) device (10) acquires network channel information sent by an intelligent terminal (20) via sound waves and locks a network channel corresponding to the network channel information; the IoT device (10) receives networked multicast data transmitted by the intelligent terminal (20) through the network channel while receiving networked sound wave data transmitted by the intelligent terminal (20) via sound waves; the IoT device (10) determines whether the networked multicast data is complete and whether the networked sound wave data is complete, and extracts network information from the networked multicast data or the networked sound wave data according to the determination resu and the IoT device connects to a corresponding wireless network according to the network information. The IoT device (10) simultaneously receives networked multicast data and networked sound wave data containing network information, and extracts network information from any of the complete data to connect to a wireless network, thus improving a networking success rate.
