The present invention relates to vehicle coordination systems and coordination methods, and discloses a Zigbee-based vehicle coordination system and coordination method. An output end of a CAN bus collector of a coordination unit is connected to an input end of a Zigbee router. An output end of the Zigbee router is connected to a rod antenna and a display respectively. A power converter supplies power for operation of the ZigBee router. According to the method, each vehicle to be connected to the coordination system is installed with a vehicle-mounted coordination unit, and the individual vehicle-mounted coordination units are connected to each other via a ZigBee network, so as to form a coordinated ZigBee network system. Vehicles wirelessly communicate with each other via the ZigBee network, so as to exchange and display real-time data, serving as a basis for coordination between vehicle drivers, wherein the real-time data includes temperature and humidity, location, vibration, and fuel level. The advantages of the present invention lie in that: 1. Data validity is improved. 2. It is not necessary to access a complex wide area network, thus greatly reducing costs. 3. Power consumption is low, and a vehicle can run for a longer time on a single charge.
