A power supply control circuit for a portable in-vehicle refrigerator, a portable in-vehicle refrigerator circuit and the portable in-vehicle refrigerator. The portable in-vehicle refrigerator comprises a battery cell (101) and a refrigerator power-consuming unit (102). The power supply control circuit comprises a power source switching unit (103). The power source switching unit comprises: a first input interface (1031) for connecting the battery cell; a second input interface (1032) for connecting an in-vehicle power supply unit (104); an output interface (1033) for connecting the refrigerator power-consuming unit; and a control sub-unit (1034) for controlling, when the second input interface and the in-vehicle power supply unit are connected, the output interface to disconnect from the first input interface so as to be connected to the second input interface, and controlling, when the in-vehicle power supply unit is disconnected from the second input interface, the output interface to disconnect from the second input interface so as to be connected to the first input interface. This invention controls, by means of the control sub-unit, the switching between the battery cell and the in-vehicle power supply unit, improving the switching efficiency and saving on the circuit cost.
