A control method and system for smart furniture, comprising: a smart bed (110) monitors in real time a pressure value applied on the smart bed (110) (S10); comparing the pressure value with a pressure threshold (S20); when the pressure value is greater than the pressure threshold, determining a region contour of the pressed region of the smart bed (110) (S30); matching the region contour with a human body reference contour image (S40); if the matching succeeds, enabling a timing function (S60); when the timing time reaches a time threshold, generating a temperature raising instruction and a lamp turn-off instruction (S70); sending the temperature raising instruction to associated air-conditioning equipment (120) bound with the smart bed (110), and sending the lamp turn-off instruction to an associated lamp (130) bound with the smart bed (110) (S80); the air-conditioning equipment (120) raises a target indoor temperature by a set value according to the temperature raising instruction (S90); and the lamp (130) performs a lamp turn-off operation according to the lamp turn-off instruction (S100). The method and system enable the smart bed (110) to control the associated air-conditioning equipment (120) and lamp (130) bound with the smart bed (110) to automatically perform corresponding function and turn-off operation respectively after a user enters a sleep state, thereby reducing the waste of energy.
