An imaging method and system for converting 3D animation to a holographic animated interface. The imaging method for converting 3D animation to a holographic animated interface comprises: converting 3D image data of 3D animation into images of four planes corresponding to four different orientations; projecting the images of the four planes to four corresponding regions of a display screen; and combining, by means of a conical member, the images of the four planes to form a holographic animated interface. The method of the present invention enables holography for an animated interface, provides a superior visual 3D effect, realizes functions and a use, and facilitates wide commercial applications.
