A recognized-region estimation device (100) is provided with: a visually-recognized-region calculation unit (101) that calculates, on the basis of a sight direction of a driver of a mobile body, a visually recognized region which is visually recognized within a mobile-body coordinate system by the driver, the mobile-body coordinate system using the mobile body as a reference; and a recognized-region calculation unit (104) that calculates, on the basis of the visually recognized region calculated by the visually-recognized-region calculation unit (101), a recognized region which is recognized within the mobile-body coordinate system by the driver.
