A redundancy power supply utilized in an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system, a power supply method thereof, and a device utilizing the same. The redundancy power supply comprises: acquiring a main voltage of a redundancy power supply (S401); down-converting the main voltage to a first preconfigured voltage (S402); up-converting, according to a first preconfigured voltage, a voltage of a battery (6) to obtain a second preconfigured voltage, wherein the battery (6) is a backup power supply of the UAV system (S403); and supplying, according to the second preconfigured voltage, power to a seamless power channel switching module (7), wherein the seamless power channel switching module (7) switches, according to the second preconfigured voltage, to an input channel of a dual-input power supply, so as to supply power to an UAV (S404). The redundancy power supply utilized in an UAV system, the power supply method thereof, and the device utilizing the same implement a redundancy power supply to effectively satisfy a power supply requirement of the UAV system for a long duration.
