A continuous production device and method for a glass fiber reinforced belt polyethylene composite pipe. A main structure of the production device comprises a first extruder (1), an inner pipe mold (2), a vacuum sizing box (3), a first cooling spraying box (4), a first tractor (5), a first winding machine (6), a first heater (7), a second winding machine (8), a second heater (9), an automatic belt replacement mechanical arm (10), an outer pipe extruder (11), an outer pipe extrusion mold (12), an outer pipe cooling shaping mold (13), a second cooling spraying box (14), a second tractor (15), a meter counter (16), a fixed-length cut-off machine (17), and a finished-pipe placement frame (18). The technological process of the production method comprises the four steps: inner pipe extrusion and shaping, continuous winding of a composite belt, outer pipe extrusion and wrapping, and cutting and warehousing, so that continuous online production of the glass fiber reinforced belt polyethylene composite pipe is implemented. The using environment of the production device is friendly, the production method is scientific and proper in principles, the produced and prepared glass fiber reinforced belt polyethylene composite pipe has high compression-resistant strength, a small pipe wall thickness and low production costs, and is energy saving and environmentally friendly.
