A fitness machine and an oxygen generating and vaporizing system thereof. The oxygen generating and vaporizing system comprises: an air inlet device (210), an oxygen generator (220), a vaporizer (240), and an air discharge device (230). The oxygen generator (220) comprises: a casing (221). Provided within the casing (221) are an air compressor (222) and an oxygen separator (223). An opening (2211) is provided on two opposing sides of the casing (221). The opening on one side is aligned with the air compressor (222). The opening is also provided with a heat dissipation fan (2212). The heat dissipation fan (2212) is used for discharging hot air from within the casing (221) of the oxygen generator. The opening on the other side is used for drawing in air for cooling. An air inlet of the air compressor (222) draws in air. An air outlet communicates with the oxygen separator (223). Air passes through the air compressor (222) and is then compressed and enters the oxygen separator (223). The oxygen separator (223) then separates the oxygen from the air. The oxygen generator of the oxygen generating and vaporizing system has excellent heat dissipation. An exercising user can absorb a vaporized drug to achieve a therapeutic goal while breathing in sufficient oxygen at the same time.
