Disclosed is a drop hammer height adjusting device used for a high strain detection of a pile foundation. The device comprises a crossbeam supporting frame (1), with the middle part of the surface of the crossbeam supporting frame (1) being provided with a yielding hole (2), the yielding hole (2) being provided with a track strip (3), two surfaces of the track strip (3) being both provided with a group of teeth (4), two sides of the track strip (3) further respectively being provided with an abutting sliding block (5), and the abutting sliding blocks (5) coordinating with the groups of teeth (4) to define a position of the track strip (3).
